Delete Your Account
If you no longer wish to use Zendt Payments, you can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data. This page explains what is removed, how to submit a request, and what to expect.
What gets deleted
When your account deletion request is approved and processed, we delete or anonymise:
- Account data — your profile, login credentials, contact details, and account preferences
- Transaction history — invoices, payment links, and payment records linked to your account
- KYC information — identity and verification documents submitted during onboarding (PAN, Aadhaar where collected, bank account details, and related KYC records)
We may retain certain records where required by Indian law, RBI regulations, anti-money-laundering rules, or tax obligations. Any retained data is kept only for the legally required period and is not used for marketing or product purposes.
How to request deletion
Email us from the address registered on your Zendt account:

Subject line: Account Deletion Request
Include your full name, registered email address, and registered phone number so we can verify your identity before processing the request.
Processing timeline
We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days and complete account deletion within 7 business days after successful identity verification.
Important warning
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, you will lose access to your Zendt account, transaction history, invoices, and payment links. You will need to complete onboarding again if you choose to return in the future.
If you have pending settlements, open disputes, or regulatory holds, deletion may be delayed until those matters are resolved.
