Mid-market FX · live rate applies at settlement

Common questions.

Still curious? hello@zendtpayments.com

Is the 4% really all I pay on international receipts?
Yes. 4% is applied to the INR settlement amount at the live mid-market rate. We don't add an FX markup, and we don't deduct SWIFT or correspondent bank fees. 18% GST applies on top of the platform fee, as required for Indian businesses.
Why is UPI only 0.6% — and why is it among the lowest rates?
Most platforms charge 1–2% on UPI, or don't support domestic payments at all. Zendt keeps UPI at a flat 0.6%, the lowest rate around, because charging Indians a fortune to receive rupees never made sense to us.
When does GST apply, and at what rate?
18% GST applies on the Zendt platform fee, for both international and domestic methods. If you're GST-registered, you can claim input credit on the GST you pay on our fees.
How quickly does money settle to my INR bank account?
Domestic (UPI, card, netbanking): T+1, next business day. International: T+3, three business days from the time your client pays.
Are there any setup fees or monthly minimums?
No setup fee, no monthly minimum, no transaction floor. You pay only when you get paid.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept payments in 150+ currencies including USD, GBP, EUR, AED, SAR, QAR, AUD, CAD, SGD, CHF, JPY, and more. All settle to INR in your linked Indian bank account.

Ready to keep more of every rupee?

International is in early user testing — not public yet. Domestic is in early access.
