Referral Policy
The Zendt referral programme lets existing users invite freelancers to the platform and earn rewards when referred users complete qualifying transactions. Programme details below apply once the referral feature launches.
1. Eligibility
- Referrers must have an active, verified Zendt account in good standing.
- Referred users must be new to Zendt, complete KYC, and process at least one qualifying payment within 90 days of signup.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and fraudulent signups are not eligible.
2. Rewards
Reward amounts and structure will be published in-app at launch. Typical structure:
- Referrer receives a cash credit or fee discount after the referred user completes their first settled transaction above a minimum threshold.
- Referred user may receive a reduced platform fee for their first 3 months (early-access locked rate users excluded).
3. Payout
Referral credits are applied to your Zendt balance and can offset platform fees or be withdrawn with your regular settlements. Credits expire 12 months after issuance if unused.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Spam, misleading advertising, or impersonating Zendt.
- Paid ads using Zendt trademarks without written approval.
- Creating fake accounts to generate referral rewards.
Violations result in forfeiture of rewards and possible account termination.
5. Changes
We may modify or end the referral programme with 30 days' notice. Rewards earned before changes remain valid.
