Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zendt Payments, operated by Zendt Payments Pvt. Ltd. ("Zendt", "we"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of India (or otherwise eligible under FEMA), and able to enter a binding contract. You must complete KYC verification before receiving settlements.
2. Services
Zendt provides payment links, invoicing, earnings dashboards, and settlement services for freelancers and independent earners. Domestic payments (UPI, cards, netbanking) and international receipts in 150+ currencies are subject to availability and partner bank approval.
3. Fees
Platform fees are published on our Pricing page. International receipts: 4% flat platform fee plus 18% GST on the fee. Domestic UPI: 0.6%. Card and netbanking rates as listed. Fees may change with 30 days' notice; early-access users with locked-in rates are honoured per their agreement.
4. Settlement
Domestic payments settle T+1 (next business day). International payments settle T+3 business days to your linked Indian bank account in INR at the live mid-market FX rate. Settlement timelines exclude bank holidays and compliance holds.
5. Your obligations
- Provide accurate KYC and business information.
- Use Zendt only for lawful freelance or business income — not for prohibited goods, services, or money laundering.
- Ensure invoices and payment requests accurately describe goods or services provided.
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use Zendt for illegal activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, chargeback abuse, or transactions involving prohibited categories (gambling, adult content, unlicensed financial services, etc.). We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Holds and reversals
We or our banking partners may place holds on funds for compliance review, disputed transactions, or suspected fraud. Chargebacks and reversals may be debited from your account balance.
8. Intellectual property
Zendt's brand, software, and content are our property. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a licence to process it as needed to provide services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zendt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, regulatory requirements, or inactivity. Outstanding settlements will be processed per applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, Kerala.
